Requirements:For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: - a) A Minimum of a Diploma in Food and Beverage, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or its equivalent from a recognized institution. b) Culinary Arts program completion, Food Safety certificationc) 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen or Food & Beverage setting d) Skills in cooking techniques, food presentation, kitchen management, customer service, and creativity. e) Proficiency in computer applications f) Good communication skills
