Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across key industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, contracting, and closing.
  • Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts; act as primary relationship owner.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate hygiene and safety solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track account performance, orders, service issues, and contract renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Number and quality of new corporate accounts acquired.
  • Client retention and renewal rates.
  • Customer satisfaction and service resolution turnaround.
  • Growth in product adoption and upselling performance.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasting and CRM data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years B2B sales or corporate account management experience.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and closing corporate deals.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
