Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across key industries.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, contracting, and closing.
- Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts; act as primary relationship owner.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate hygiene and safety solutions.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track account performance, orders, service issues, and contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Number and quality of new corporate accounts acquired.
- Client retention and renewal rates.
- Customer satisfaction and service resolution turnaround.
- Growth in product adoption and upselling performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years B2B sales or corporate account management experience.
- Proven success in managing large accounts and closing corporate deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
