Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly, build rapport, and understand their needs to offer relevant product or service solutions.
- Convert leads to sales through effective communication and consultative selling.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and competitive understanding.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, invoices and related documentation.
- Record and update customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support merchandising and stock management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a professional workspace.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (Degree is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy including CRM and MS Office.
- High energy, results-driven and self-motivated.
