JOB SUMMARY
a) Assist in the management and maintenance of electronic health records, ensuringdata accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulationsb) Perform data entry tasks to input patientinformation into the EHR system, including demographic data,medical histories, and treatment plansc) Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, escalating discrepancies as neededd) Support healthcare providers by retrieving and organizing patient records for clinical usee) Contribute to qualityassurance efforts by participating in audits and assisting with theresolution of data integrity issuesf) Required and PreferredQualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) A minimum of Diploma in health recordspreferably from an institution recognized by HRIMb) Registration certificate issuedby Health Recordsand Information Management board (HRIM) and a valid license in good standingc) Basic understanding of electronic healthrecord systems and healthcare documentation standardsd) Minimum working experience of 1 yeare) Must be computerliterate.f) Experience workingwith EHR systemsin a clinical settingg) Familiarity with healthinformation privacy regulations such as HIPAAh) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksefficientlyi) Proficiency in data entry and management softwarej) Proficiency in computer application skills.
