Key Responsibilities

Supervise front office operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage reception staff, schedules, and workflow.

Handle client inquiries, student admissions, and correspondence promptly.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective students.

Engage potential students and close enrollment deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Customer Service, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in front office or administrative management, preferably in an academic or service-oriented institution.
