The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial discipline and supporting business growth within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, controls, and reporting, while partnering closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure profitability, compliance, and effective cost management.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably within FMCG or high-volume distribution environments.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across multiple product lines.
Manage working capital, inventory financing, and supplier payment cycles.
