Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on outstanding insurance premiums and overdue accounts
• Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and disputes
• Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in insurance collections or credit control
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems
