Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Agent to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on our active construction sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans including Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.
