DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all on-site activities and ensure construction work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide daily site reports detailing progress, materials used, manpower, and any site issues or delays.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Monitor use of materials, tools, and equipment and ensure optimal site efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
• and resolution of issues.
• Identify potential problems early and recommend or implement practical solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically in housing construction projects.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
