Data Analyst.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting insights to key stakeholders. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, as well as driving continuous improvement through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

● Collecting, processing and analyzing large and complex data sets from various sources

● Developing and implementing data analysis strategies to support business objectives

● Conducting statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

● Creating visualizations and reports to present insights to stakeholders

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making

● Providing recommendations and insights to support continuous improvement

● Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization

● Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

● Maintaining and updating databases, dashboards, and reports

● Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

● 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field

● Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar

● Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

● Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus
