Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and monitor company IT systems, equipment, updates, and security protocols.
- Design high-quality graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and company communications.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies, calendars, and campaigns.
- Track analytics and trends to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and branding initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
