Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Expertflow Product Installation &Troubleshooting Support. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates (as an internship with structured training) as well as experienced candidates (probation-to-confirmation path). The role combines installation, troubleshooting, and support of Expertflow products with additional exposure to pre-sales activities. Candidates with prior experience in
banking or customer service environments will have an added advantage, as many of our clients operate in these industries.

Key Responsibilities
Product Installation & Troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, and test Expertflow products (contact center solutions, integrations, and related systems).  Provide first-line and second-line support for product issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application-level problems.
  • Document installations, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base development.

Systems Support & Engineering

  • Assist in server setup, cloud deployments, and database configurations.
  • Support routine monitoring, system backups, and patching activities.
  • Participate in product upgrade and enhancement projects.

Pre-Sales (Added Responsibility)

  • Support pre-sales team in preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and demo environments.
  • Assist in responding to client RFPs and technical proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings to capture requirements and provide product clarifications.
  • Stay up to date with new Expertflow offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills
Fresh Graduates (Internship):
  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and customer support tools.
  • Strong interest in enterprise software and client support.

Experienced Candidates (Probation-to-Confirmation): 

  • 1–3 years of IT support, system engineering, or software deployment experience.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience with enterprise software installations or customer service platforms is a plus.

Preferred (Plus Points): 

  • Prior exposure to banking or customer service organizations.
  • Understanding of IT compliance, contact center technologies, or CRM/ERP systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance technical work with client-facing activities.
  • Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.


Employment Terms

  • Internship (Fresh Graduates): 3–6 months paid internship, with opportunity for full- time employment.
  • Probation (Experienced Candidates): 3–6 months probation period, with confirmation based on performance.
  • Salary: 30K-50K
