Job Description/Requirements
- Install, configure, and test Expertflow products (contact center solutions, integrations, and related systems). Provide first-line and second-line support for product issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application-level problems.
- Document installations, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base development.
Systems Support & Engineering
- Assist in server setup, cloud deployments, and database configurations.
- Support routine monitoring, system backups, and patching activities.
- Participate in product upgrade and enhancement projects.
Pre-Sales (Added Responsibility)
- Support pre-sales team in preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and demo environments.
- Assist in responding to client RFPs and technical proposals.
- Participate in client meetings to capture requirements and provide product clarifications.
- Stay up to date with new Expertflow offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and customer support tools.
- Strong interest in enterprise software and client support.
Experienced Candidates (Probation-to-Confirmation):
- 1–3 years of IT support, system engineering, or software deployment experience.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with enterprise software installations or customer service platforms is a plus.
Preferred (Plus Points):
- Prior exposure to banking or customer service organizations.
- Understanding of IT compliance, contact center technologies, or CRM/ERP systems.

Employment Terms
- Internship (Fresh Graduates): 3–6 months paid internship, with opportunity for full- time employment.
- Probation (Experienced Candidates): 3–6 months probation period, with confirmation based on performance.
- Salary: 30K-50K
