About the Role: We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead a robust software engineering group. You'll work closely with our product team as well as UX, marketing, sales, analytics, and customer support. Your work will have a major impact on a software tool used by members of the Medical, Nursing and Health Care community.

Requirements

• Demonstrate extensive experience leading software development teams
• Demonstrate extensive experience in building and running large-scale consumer web and desktop products
• Be an excellent communicator, able to engage and influence different stakeholders and present complex technical information in a clear way.
• Have knowledge of how to create an inspiring technology strategy that supports dynamic and coherent action
• Have an ability to organize teams so that they do their best work in a hybrid in-office/distributed environment
