MEP Engineer Position

1. Design MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, structured cabling, and mechanical installation services for building projects.

2. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

3. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

4. Quality assurance and quality control for MEP installation works for building projects

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for MEP installations during construction and operation phases.

6. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP installation works with the consultants to ensure optimal performance and efficiency throughout the construction period.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to project team and the client. 

8. Facilitate effective communication among different subcontractors to ensure a smooth flow of activities.

9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Work done for MEP installation works on site

10. Prepare procurement request and materials used on site for MEP works. 

11. Plan and coordinate the technical team involved in the MEP installation works. 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in both Mechanical and Electrical installation works in Building Construction

3. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
