We’re seeking experienced Engineers to oversee planning, design, and supervision of water and sanitation infrastructure projects, with additional exposure to civil works and building projects across Kenya.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise engineering teams in the design, planning, and execution of water and sanitation projects.
* Oversee project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance.
* Review and approve engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in infrastructure project management or supervision, preferably in water and sanitation systems.
* Registered with or eligible for registration with the Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK).
* Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale projects.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
