About the Project:

We are executing a multi-faceted sustainable construction project that includes:

- A 0.5 km long stabilized soil walkway

- Over 1,000 concrete foundation pylons (300 mm diameter)

- Standard ground-level concrete slab construction

This is a long-term, precision-driven build that integrates soil stabilization methods with conventional concrete construction. The work requires strong technical understanding, craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver consistent results over a large site. The setting is natural and semi-rural, requiring adaptive techniques and good team coordination.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly experienced Mason with at least 10 years of hands-on work in civil, soil, and concrete construction. You must be able to:

- Construct stabilized soil walkways using lime/red soil/clay/cement mixtures

- Prepare and pour over 1,000 cylindrical concrete foundation pylons

- Build standard ground-level slabs with proper leveling, reinforcement, and curing

- Interpret basic site plans and work independently with high precision

- Manage accuracy, finish quality, and work rate across large-scale layout

Key Requirements

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in masonry and structural groundwork

- Proven experience in:

  • Stabilized soil surface construction

  • Concrete piling or foundation column casting

  • Slab preparation, reinforcement, and finishing

- Familiarity with mixing ratios for soil stabilization and concrete batching

- Experience working in outdoor environments and remote sites

Skills:

- Site layout, leveling, and accurate measurements

- Skilled concrete work including formwork, reinforcement placement, and vibration

- Proficient in soil stabilization techniques (lime/clay/cement mix)

- Ability to meet technical requirements for pylon shape, depth, and spacing

- Ground slab finishing, slope control, and edge definition

What You’ll Be Working On:

- Preparing base and laying a stabilized soil walkway over 500 meters

- Constructing and casting over 1,000 concrete pylons, 300 mm in diameter

- Digging, aligning, forming, reinforcing, and pouring each pylon to required depth and spacing

- Constructing slab foundations including compaction, steelwork, and concrete finishing

- Ensuring long-term stability, structural quality, and precise level/slope control
