Job descriptions & requirements
1. Patient Care: Assess patients’ condition, take vital signs, administer medication, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
2. Treatment & Procedures: Assist doctors during examinations, wound dressing, catheterization, and minor procedures.
3. Monitoring & Documentation: Observe patients for changes, maintain accurate records in patient files, and report to the doctor in charge.
4. Patient Education: Explain treatment plans, medication use, and discharge instructions to patients and families.
5. Emergency Response: Provide first aid and basic life support during emergencies until a doctor arrives.
6. Infection Control: Follow sterilization and hygiene protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
7. Team Coordination: Work with doctors, pharmacists, lab techs, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
