HOSPITAL MARKETER.

Candidate must have:

• Proficient marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship management and negotiation skills
• Outgoing with ability to lead a team
• Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders
• Knowledge of community outreach and public relations

Education: A holder of diploma / degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Roles and duties include:

• Oversee the marketing team, provide guidance and directions to achieve marketing objectives.
• Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with hospitals goals.
• Promote different departments, work closely with departmental heads.
• Prepare programs and community outreach campaigns.
• Educate the local people about the hospital services offered and how they can check their health.
• Work closely with CHPs and other Medical overseers within the area
• Ensure outreach programs are well coordinated.
• Develop and implement Marketing strategies that increase hospital's visibility and enhance cohesion. 
• Client feedback management.
• Reporting.
• Engage with the community to understand their healthcare needs and concerns.
• Build feasible partnerships between the hospital and other institutions.
• Any other duties assigned.

Preferably male. Valid driving License.
