Job Summary

This role is responsible for strategically assisting in the administration of the daily operations of the HR Department.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies and skill gaps for intervention
  • Identify talents and special skills and propose a programe for training, nurturing, coaching and or mentoring.
  • Assists in tracking individual staff performance for intervention
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new employees
  • Monitors staff productivity and discipline and proposed remedial action.
  • Assist in coming up with employee welfare interventions and tracking their impact to the employees/ company
  • Assist in drafting general correspondences pertaining the HR department Assist in conducting staff satisfaction surveys Ensure smooth operation of the HR department on a daily basis
  • Assist in coordinating company CSR activities Ensure proper documentation of HR records i.e. training, general correspondences e.t. c Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent academic qualification from a recognized institution
  • Has at least 3 years work experience Proficiency in computer applications Analytical skills; Communication skills;
  • Interpersonal skills; and Team player
