Job Summary
This role is responsible for strategically assisting in the administration of the daily operations of the HR Department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies and skill gaps for intervention
- Identify talents and special skills and propose a programe for training, nurturing, coaching and or mentoring.
- Assists in tracking individual staff performance for intervention
- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees
- Monitors staff productivity and discipline and proposed remedial action.
- Assist in coming up with employee welfare interventions and tracking their impact to the employees/ company
- Assist in drafting general correspondences pertaining the HR department Assist in conducting staff satisfaction surveys Ensure smooth operation of the HR department on a daily basis
- Assist in coordinating company CSR activities Ensure proper documentation of HR records i.e. training, general correspondences e.t. c Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent academic qualification from a recognized institution
- Has at least 3 years work experience Proficiency in computer applications Analytical skills; Communication skills;
- Interpersonal skills; and Team player
