Job Description/Requirements
1. Develop the best practice human resource and administration strategies and policies and procedures aimed at achieving the Company’s strategic objectivesÂ
2. Develop and coordinate tailor-made staff training and development programs that embed a robust results-driven performance management culture throughout the company to enhance talent management and succession planningÂ
3. Plan, organize and direct competitive recruitment and selection process to maintain competitive advantage for best skills in the market
4. Maintain a competitive staff motivation and retention policies through effective performance management and compensation strategiesÂ
5. Oversee the development and administration of appropriate integrated Human Resource Information Systems for efficiency and effectiveness of operations
6. Ensure development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs and insurance plans to ensure healthy staff and working environment
7. Develop and manage the preparation of the HR Department’s Budget for continuity of Human resources processes and proper controls
8. Represent management in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, mediation, and arbitration proceedings for good industrial relations.
9. Manage employees discipline and grievance handling procedures in line with the group standard operating procedures to maintain good employee relations.
10. Develop and implement welfare initiatives to achieve staff engagement strategies
11. Monitor international, national and local movements impacting on employment practices for interpreting their implications on the business strategy
