JOB SUMMARY
Requirements a) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. b) Proven management experience of a minimum of three (3) years in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service or in a reputable private sector organization. c) Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). d) Demonstrated a thorough understanding of National goals, policies, objectives and the ability to translate them into human resource management policies and programmes.
