Job Description/Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end process of importing and exporting goods, including customs documentation, shipping, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, including customs regulations and import/export licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across borders.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and supply chain operations.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to import and export transactions.
- Assist with audits and inspections by customs and other regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and industry best practices.
