1. Thorough knowledge of Hardware and Software
2. Should be abreast with latest hardware technology and advise Management System Improvement measures.
3. Maintain the existing computer systems in coordination with the users
4. Determine configuration & Install new systems, whenever required
5. Maintain LAN network in coordination with the service provider
6. Train the users whenever required on Hardware and Software followed by refreshing trainings within specified times
7. Take the lead/coordinating with Department IT/ Head on implementation of Sage/SAP.
8. Help the users in implementation of Sage Evolution/SAP Business One
9. Should have sound knowledge of Accounts/Finance
10. Thorough knowledge in Implementing Accounting Module along with other modules of the Sage/SAP
