Job Description/Requirements
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties

Identify structural, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and safety issues

Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and clear findings

Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams

Use modern tools and equipment to support inspections

Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Requirements:-
Certification in Home/Property Inspection or relevant field

Minimum 2 years of inspection experience

Strong understanding of building systems and construction

Excellent report writing and communication skills
