Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Procure products from suppliers in accurate time
● Follow up on deliveries
● Follow up on credit notes
● Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including receivables and payables.
● Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and daily reconciliations.
● Support in monitoring product pricing, sales margins, and discounts for FMCG products.
● Ensure product prices are correctly updated in the system in line with company policies.
● Analyze price lists and prepare reports on profitability and margin performance.
● Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure proper cost and pricing alignment.
● Participate in monthly stock takes, reconciliations, and financial audits.
● Prepare and submit management reports including profit & loss, sales margin, and expense analysis.
● Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● CPA Part II (or in progress) preferred.
● 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably within FMCG or distribution.
● Hands-on experience with pricing, cost analysis, and margin reporting.
● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
● Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
