Our client is a well-established company specializing in premium kitchen and bathroom solutions. They offer a curated selection of high-quality sanitaryware, fittings, and fixtures designed to meet the demands of modern residential and commercial spaces.
They are seeking an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Worktops Supervisor to oversee the installation and finishing of kitchen worktops made from materials such as tiles, marble, granite, or other natural stone.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation of kitchen worktops including cutting, fitting, polishing, and finishing.
Manage and coordinate installation teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
Interpret layout drawings and installation plans, providing direction to workers as needed.
Inspect sites before, during, and after installation to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure proper use and care of materials and tools on-site.
Coordinate with the project manager, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with site protocols.
Attend scheduled site meetings and provide reports
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supervising installations involving granite, quartz, sintered stone, marble, tiles, or other natural stones.
Proven supervisory experience in a construction or interior installation environment.
Strong technical understanding of material handling, cutting, and finishing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
