Job Description

  • A Mature Lady (Over 35 years old) Office Administrator and Book Keeper required to manage day to day Office Administration Duties and do Book Keeping.
  • Also to guide and Supervise Staff and report to the Director.
  • She needs to be able to work independently and make decisions in the absence of the Director.
  • Also keep updating the Director on the important issues in the office and offer possible solutions.
  • A mature person who can offer guidance to the young staff she will supervise and give ideas to the Director to grow the business.
