Lead Designer

Celer Network is the world-leading generalized multi-blockchain interoperability protocol that has processed more than $13 billion in cross-chain asset transfer volume in 2022. Founded by PhDs from top universities including MIT, UIUC, Berkeley, and Princeton, our team consists of experts from companies like Google, Amazon, Facebook, Alibaba, Tencent, Tiktok, and Baidu. We are now seeking a talented Lead Designer to join our team and shape the future of the seamless multi-blockchain user experience and branding. As the Lead Designer, you will play a key role in delivering the user experience for our cutting-edge blockchain technology and products such as cross-chain asset bridges, and analytic tools.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the design vision for our platform, product, and visual branding
• Lead a team of product designers in delivering high-quality user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key user flows and build solutions that meet the product requirements
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product design experience in tech companies
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, with a focus on complex interactions and interfaces
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experiences would be a big plus but not required
