Mechanical and Process CAD Designer

Roles and Responsibilities
●    Create and alter construction sketches.
●    Collaborate with engineering managers and design managers on drawing preparation. 
●    Manage and organize all our client CAD drawings. 
●    Print CAD drawings in various formats and packages and deliver them to the correct contact in a timely manner.
●    Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits. 
●    Integrate and work with project team members and engineering department members to produce and alter drawings. 
●    Create and critically support the project team in the design process by creating sketches and drawings that work. 
●    Create and continually update project drawings lists. 
●    Print various formats of drawing sets for project team members. 
●    Save files and organize the server systematically as per our client standards 
●    Review and check sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to the engineering project team. 
●    Create, edit and update standard details for use in projects.

Academic and Professional qualifications and Experience
●    8+ years progressive experience in CADD
●    To be captured in the PM Form as agreed on from time to time with the supervisor
●    A qualification in 2D and 3D Computer Aided Drafting.
