Responsibilities
- Assessing the extent of vehicle repairs restoration or customization requests
- Managing customer expectations.
- Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
- Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
- Regularly updating management on the progress of their repairs.
- Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray painting panels.
- Accommodating customization requests.
- Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
- Operating recovery vehicles.
- Cleaning the work space after work.
- Being clean and neat all the time.
- Placement of plastics and metal scrap st designated position.
- Keeping in hand re-inspection parts.
- Liaising with the paint shop after bodywork is complete on any amendments.
- Meeting set targets date/time without fail.
- Safeguard and properly use company tools.
- Any other duty assigned by the management .
