Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced education professional to lead our IGCSE Cambridge school as Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and student achievement, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school that aligns with the mission and values of the institution

• Provide leadership and direction to the school's faculty and staff

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school, including academic progress and student achievement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders

• Manage the school's budget and resources

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in school administration, preferably at the high school level

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of IGCSE curriculum and Cambridge assessment

• Strong knowledge of and experience with school accreditation standards

• Demonstrated commitment to student achievement and academic excellence
