Job Description/Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
• University Degree in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain or a related field.
• Certified Procurement and Supply Professional (CPSP-K) certification is mandatory.
Desirable:
• Master's Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Last mile logistics and delivery expert
• Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement and logistics.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Supply chain ERPs
