 Salary Range: Ksh 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)

As we expand, we are seeking a hands-on and reliable Production Line Manager to oversee our factory operations and support our growth.

Role Overview

The Production Line Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring smooth machine operations, fabric preparation, staff supervision, and product quality control. The role requires a practical, innovative, and detail-oriented leader with experience in textiles or bedding manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

● Operate, service, and troubleshoot pillow filling and sewing machines.

● Supervise, train, and mentor junior production staff.

● Oversee fabric cutting, sewing, and preparation for production.

● Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

● Ensure quality standards are met in all finished products.

● Support product design, development, and innovation.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in textiles/beddings (pillows, sheets, duvets, upholstery).

● Skilled in fabric handling, sewing, and use of textile machinery.

● Experience supervising small teams in a factory/production environment.

● Basic knowledge of accounting and record-keeping.

● Strong communication skills (written and spoken).

● Innovative, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset.
