Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners, including frequent Zoom meetings. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and oversee project plans aligned with organizational goals.
● Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international partners.
● Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
● Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
● Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders.
● Prepare reports, documentation, and evaluations for project performance.
● Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Admin, MS Project).
● Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Experience managing international projects is an added advantage.
