Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and monitor the progress of a factory construction project from commencement through completion.

- Monitor the day-to-day progress of construction works and ensure the project remains on schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction works comply with approved designs, relevant industry standards, ISO requirements, GMP requirements, and project specifications.
- Ensure the factory infrastructure is designed and constructed to support applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with technology partners, equipment suppliers, and technical specialists to ensure building infrastructure, utilities, and services meet technological and production requirements.
- Coordinate the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of air-handling systems and other critical factory utilities.
- Monitor the quality of construction, workmanship, materials, and installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify delays, technical issues, quality concerns, and project risks.
- Coordinate meetings between contractors, engineers, technology partners, consultants, and management.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and critical path activities.
- Coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, validation, and handover of factory infrastructure, utilities, air-handling systems, and technology-related systems.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, decisions, and outstanding actions.
- Provide daily progress reports to management, covering work completed, current activities, delays, challenges, risks, and required interventions.
- Ensure corrective actions are followed through and project requirements are met before completion and handover.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project management or construction management experience.
- Experience in factory, industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, medical, or other regulated construction projects will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of GMP, ISO standards, construction specifications, quality control, and compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating air-handling systems and their commissioning.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors, consultants, technical teams, and technology partners.
- Strong project monitoring, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential construction, quality, and compliance issues early.
- Ability to work independently on-site and provide clear, timely reports to management
