Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead FSSC 22000 & ISO 14001 implementation
• Supervise QA/QC teams and technicians
• Set and enforce product standards and specs
• Investigate complaints and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate audits and ensure legal compliance
• Champion process efficiency and quality improvement
🎯 Requirements:
• BSc in Food Science or Microbiology (Master’s is a plus)
• 5–7 years in food industry QA/QC, 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in edible oil or coconut processing preferred
• Certified Lead Auditor (FSSC 22000) & Internal Auditor (ISO 14001)
• Skilled in lab analysis, NPD, and team training
• Strong communicator, assertive, and change-driven
