VACANCY: QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) OFFICER

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dynamic team in Nairobi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Identify and report non-conformities, recommending corrective actions.
* Collaborate with production and operations teams to enhance product and service quality.
* Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.
* Support training on quality procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.
* Strong understanding of *QA methodologies and inspection processes*.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office and QA tools/software.
