Job Summary
We’re seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to oversee cost management, tendering, and contract administration for water and sanitation infrastructure projects, as well as related building and civil works across Kenya.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the quantity surveying and cost control function across multiple water, sanitation, and civil projects.
* Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
* Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
* Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring value for money.
* Manage valuations, variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams for effective project cost management.
* Provide mentorship and direction to junior quantity surveyors and site cost controllers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
* Minimum 7 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead QS role within water, sanitation, or civil infrastructure projects.
* Registered with or eligible for registration with BORAQS (Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya).
* Proficiency in CostX, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: KSh 110,000 – 150,000, based on experience.
