Recruitment Assistant (Student Services)
Job Summary
The Recruitment Assistant will provide both recruitment & administrative support to the team. This is a short term contract (3 months) with a possibility for extension for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should have a strong marketing background with a penchant for social media, reading & connecting with people. Must have positive energy.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Provide student recruitment support to the team
- Create & curate social media content to be shared across all our platforms
- Administrative support to the manager
- Assist in lead generation across different platforms
- Respond to all leads from the different platforms (email, social media, telephone, calls & WhatsApp)
- Qualify all leads as per the laid down lead qualification procedure
- Queue for review all qualified leads
- Queue for action all unqualified leads
- Key in all leads into the CRM
- Follow up with both students & institutions during the application process
- Prepare weekly performance reports (including status reports)
- Manage pre-applicant’s portfolio
- Ensure continuous updates to all clients (weekly)
- Ensure that the office is always neat and organized (including managing the cleaner- once we are back in the office as we are currently working from home)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (to improve our overall client experience)
- Keep track of all our client’s social media presence and posts and highlight any interesting posts that we can leverage on (daily)
- Maintain Outstanding Action Points (AP) reports for both the Recruitment Assistant & the Manager (& ensure no AP is unresolved beyond 24 hours)
- Post on social media (daily)
