We are looking for qualified individuals to take up roles in Customer Success/Support in our Organization. Working hours: 40 hours per week (full time), specific working time to be instructed by the company. Location: HQ (Dagoretti corner, Ngong road).

- Experience Length: 1 year
-Creating, organizing and managing client portfolios
-Assist customers in loan application process and document collection.
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information to clients.
-Communicate with clients who have an account with us to form manageable repayment plan.
- Ability to interpret and follow complex information and instructions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Attention to detail, great time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Taking ownership for work results, strong will to tackle things, and open to advice/positive criticism.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy- Microsoft office tools, Apps and technology/Google services (Google docs, spreadsheets)/Typing speed 20 WPM
- At least a Diploma graduate (Carry your academic certificates to the interview).
- 25,000KES~28,000KES starting salary depending on computer skills and the result of the interview.
Computer skill test in the interview:
We will ask the interview candidate to perform some basic practical tasks on google services.
Candidates are expected to complete all the tasks within the given time.
