Our client is seeking a Sales Representative in the animal feeds industry to promote and sell feed products, grow the customer base, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer support to farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers.
Job Description
- Promote and sell animal feed products to existing and potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
- Ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and payment follow-up.
- Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Must have at least a diploma or degree certificate in Sales and Marketing or any related field.
- Must have 2 years experience and above in sales.
- Animal feed experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must be a Ugandan resident
- Location - Uganda.
- Salary 60k -80k gross.
