Job Summary
We are seeking a physically strong and experienced Tractor Driver to join our team in Russia. This role involves working in both agricultural and municipal environments depending on the season. The successful candidate must hold a valid international driver’s license, a valid passport, and be ready to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Summer (Agricultural Duties):
• Operate tractors for harvesting fodder and transporting agricultural cargo.
• Handle manure removal and perform field transportation duties.
• Use tractor-mounted equipment for various farm operations. Winter (Municipal Duties):
• Clean and load snow using tractor-mounted machinery.
• Sweep roads, pathways, and surfaces using mechanical brushes.
General Duties:
• Operate different categories of tractors and tractor forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on tractors and related equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local and international driving regulations.
• Report operational or mechanical issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
• Valid international driver’s license authorized to operate tractors with trailers and related machinery.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Russia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating tractors, tractor forklifts, and other heavy agricultural machinery.
• Experience handling multiple tractor categories will be an added advantage. • Physically strong, fit, and able to work in demanding outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
• Willing to learn Russian and pass the elementary-level state language exam within 6 months (language course fees covered by the employer).
