Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
∙Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
∙Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
∙Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
∙Outsource and manage casual workers for project tasks, ensuring they are trained and
aligned with project goals.
∙Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
∙Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
∙Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control
measures.
∙Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
∙Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
∙Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project/Site Manager in the interior design or
construction industry.
∙Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
∙Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
∙Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
∙Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∙Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
