Job Description/Requirements

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company. Your primary objective will be to prospect for identification of potential client leads, build strong relationships with them and convert them into customers. You will play a crucial role in market research, achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products in the market.


Responsibilities:

a)      Leads Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, digital platforms and market analysis.

b)     Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.

c)      Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

d)     Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and quotas to meet company objectives and revenue goals.

e)     Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

f)       Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate sales records.

g)      Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends to understanding of key customer needs and requirements, competition and competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

h)     Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales performance.

i)       Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

j)       Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for management review.

k)      Collaborate with the Head Office Team: Work closely with the HQ team to align on the different sales & marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and promotional activities and other revenue generation strategies.

l)       Digital Presence: Manage content creation to ensure the company’s digital presence across the various digital channels, blogs and other print media.

m)    Attend Events and Trade Shows: Represent the company at different events, trade shows, and other networking engagements to create a bigger and services.

Requirements:

a)      A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

b)     Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

c)      Experience working in Service industry will be a plus

d)     Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

e)     Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

f)       Familiarity with digital tools and online engagement platforms.

g)      Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

h)     Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

i)       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
