Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in solar PV system installation.
- Valid T3 License from EPRA (Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority).
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AC/DC systems, electrical safety, grounding, and surge protection.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment.
