DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment Operation: Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.
- Material Confirmation: Verify that the correct raw materials and components are used in line with production specifications.
- Machine Parameter Monitoring: Ensure machine settings and parameters are correctly configured and maintained for optimal performance.
- Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the production and filling areas at all times.
- Pending Jobs & Breakdowns: Undertake and complete any pending repair or maintenance work, especially in the event of equipment breakdowns.
- Routine Servicing: Perform weekly preventive maintenance and service tasks on machinery to avoid unexpected failures.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during production to minimize downtime.
- Product Quality Checks: Check and confirm product parameters throughout production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Production Monitoring: Continuously monitor the production process to ensure efficiency, product consistency, and adherence to schedule.
- Quality Control Liaison: Coordinate with Quality Control (Q.C) personnel to resolve any product or process issues promptly.
- Post-Production Cleaning: Clean all equipment thoroughly after each production cycle, ensuring readiness for the next run.
- General Duties: Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Technician II certificate in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG / beverage processing plant
- Good understanding of production processes, machinery, and control systems
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
