We also have a lab that provides calibration and instrument repair services. Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategiesOffer Technical support for all products under Brady and Industrial ScientificBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferencesCreating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database of prospective client information Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process.Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM softwareCollaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining shortand long-term business development plans Competencies and Qualifications: BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. NEBOSH Qualifications will be an added benefit.Sales management experience in the safety and industrial channel.Extensive experience in safety supply or similar business to business industry.Value selling skills, understanding customer financial calculations and project justifications.Strong social skills and enjoying selling and networking.Good Communication and active listening skill with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization and across cultures.Good presentation and language skills (French, English, other languages of advantage)Team player with an openness to feedback and a desire to grow.Self-starter with an ability to multitask and make decisions.Strategic Thinker, and able to apply your skills to meet goals.
