The GOOT Team is the "Recruitment Bridge" for IHF. Your mission is to create and maintain the visibility that allows us to find high-level talent for our global operations. By crafting and distributing these very advertisements, you ensure that every department—from Education to Grants—is staffed with passionate leaders ready to make a difference.

The GHC Team is the "Cultural and Educational Heart" of our digital workspace. Beyond monitoring, this team is responsible for equipping our global workforce with the soft skills necessary to lead effectively in a remote, multicultural environment. You are the trainers, mediators, and voices of IHF’s professional standards.
