We are hiring a part-time, commission-based Sales Manager to support business growth in Kenya. This role focuses on B2B sales of IT and network-related products and solutions, including networking equipment, enterprise IT infrastructure, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and related technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach qualified prospects in Kenya, including resellers, system integrators, contractors, SMEs, enterprise buyers, schools, and commercial project customers

Understand customer requirements and convert demand into sales opportunities

Support inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and proposal follow-up

Coordinate with SolutionMall’s China-based team to ensure accurate product and solution matching

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and technical partners

Share market feedback on pricing, customer demand, competitor activity, and high-potential sectors
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

Experience selling IT products, networking equipment, telecom-related products, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or technical solutions

Good communication and customer follow-up skills

Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely

English proficiency is required

Existing local network in Kenya is a strong advantage

Swahili is a plus

Mandarin is a plus but not required
Employment Type: Part-time
