JOB SUMMARY

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, or visitors, providing administrative and customer support services. This role is key to ensuring a receiving customer, responding to all enquiries and feedback, and ensuring the facility is clean and safe for customers.• Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/     Health Records, or an equivalent qualification • At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management     Information Systems).• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Conflict and complaint resolution, Reporting, Answering telephones and call management, Email correspondence

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
